It took Aaron several years to reconcile his Christian religious beliefs with his sexual orientation. Through prayer, study, and long conversations with God, he has been graced with understanding and insights that he hopes to share with others. He feels a strong sense of mission to preach the gospel of love, healing, and redemption to everyone he meets. Aaron hopes to help people everywhere experience the essential truth that God is love.

EAST AFRICAN VISUAL ARTISTS PREMIERS RESILIENCE DIARIES- A TRANS FOCUSED DOCUMENTARY

One of the main characters in this movie is Keem Love Black a celebrated Ugandan transgender woman who has boldly used her social media platforms to change people’s perceptions towards transgender people. Keem Love said that she was so happy about taking part in this production and hopes that it will help change more attitudes of Ugandans towards transgender people and as well the entire LGBTI community.

KUCHU SHINERS VALENTINES EVENT WAS NIGHT TO REMEMBER

Kuchu Shiners a community based group with a mission to advance rights of LGBTI members in disadvantaged parts of Kampala and other parts of Uganda under the leadership of Bukenya Musa Asaadi on 14th February 2018 as a way to commemorate the international celebrated day of love “Valentine’s Day” with a huge event.
The show that doubled as a fundraiser for the organisation brought together various members of the Ugandan LGBTI community together to celebrate love. A lot was showcased during the event and even Kuchu shiners recognized the good work of its partners with certificates of appreciation and more about this event can be followed through this video.

Muleme also opens up about the HIV stigma within the LGBT movement- he reveals that having lost his boyfriend, a number of people spread rumor that he was HIV positive, he calls this one of the toughest things he has ever had to deal with in his life.
