Kabuye Najib a Ugandan LGBTI and sex workers’ activist was early this week attacked by a gang of 8 men. At 11:00pm on 9th April as Najib approached his gate, eight unidentified males attacked and beat him severely, leaving him with a dislocated jaw.

The Republic of Uganda is an East African nation and former British colony, which gained independence from the U.K. in 1962. Since then it has retained many of its anti-gay laws and even gone so far as to institute newer, harsher penalties for homosexual acts.
Going by biblical stories, the first human beings as we are told, Adam and Eve never wore clothes on their bodies and that was just fine. A group of 16 Ugandan LGBTI refugees and asylum seekers were recently relocated from Nairobi where they were facing various attacks and a string of security concerns to Kakuma camp in the North Western part of Kenya. The attacks were engineered by the local community through mob justice and pressurizing the local authority to have the refugees deported.
