ADONAI INTERNATIONAL MINISTRIES UGANDA(AIM) is an LGBTI community led church in Uganda under WAVE OF LEGACY ALLIANCE INITIATIVE UG(WaLAI).
The Executive Director of WaLAI Pr. Kaggwa Ramathan Mutyaba discovered a gap in the LGBTI community where many had given up on God and no longer go to their places of worship due to the stigma, discrimination and criticism hurled unto them.
Pr. Ram came up with a program of spiritual awakening and activism where he started AIM in 2020 during the COVID-19 lockdown.
This ministry was founded to provide a safe space for the LGBTI persons to worship their God freely.
On the 8th/April/2021 ADONAI INTERNATIONAL MINISTRES kicked off a campaign dubbed “ALL ARE EQUAL BEFORE GOD” This campaign is meant to preach to the world that we are all equal in the eyes of God. Despite our sexuality or gender identity, we are still humans and all created in the image of God.
Therefore, we shouldn’t judge one another but rather spread love and leave the judgement to God and Him only.
This biblical activism campaign will run for six (6) consecutive days with different themes each day and we shall be holding a dialogue on the 5th day and a short skit on the last(6th) day. All will be streaming on ADONAI INTERNATIONAL MINISTRIES Facebook page.
ADONAI INTERNATIONAL MINISTRIES will also be running other different campaigns on a weekly basis for a period of three (3) months.
